Daw Flame Table (BS Physics Project)

A two-dimensional flame table was built to demonstrate the eigen modes of a wave in a cavity. The table is based on Bernoulli’s principle and can be related to the less complex Ruben’s tube. Expected images of various frequencies were created using Mathematica, and then compared to actual photographs of the various states.
