I designed, prototyped, and successfully tested a six degree of freedom (Linear XYZ & Gyro XYZ)
Sparkfun commercial sensor mounted on the head of a chinchilla to transmit data via Bluetooth from battery powered backpack to measure head movement bandwidths, completely wirelessly at 1.2kHz
rates. This project involved wireless data transmission (rates, failure modes, missing bytes, etc), circuit power designs, animal welfare, and analysis of the resultant data.
