I graduated from what is now UC Law San Francisco (I attended when it was UC Hastings) in 2020 with my Juris Doctor and am a legal administration specialist with 10+ years of experience working within the California state legal system. I received my bachelors of arts degree from UC Santa Cruz in Politics and History and my paralegal certificate from UC Berkeley. I have worked as a county clerk at San Francisco City Hall, a paralegal for the Public Defenders office of San Francisco, and in a few other private law firms and local government offices in the city of San Francisco.
I pretty much grew up in my parents’ automotive shop and later worked there as a technician and service writer (the front desk) during summers in high school, as well as for a short while after college when I was figuring out the direction I should go in. My first exposure to the California legal system was when I worked for Contra Costa County at an office in Martinez when I was attending Diablo Valley Community College. I already knew growing up that I liked to help other people (I grew up reading Batman and Daredevil comics and am an Eagle Scout), but it was in Martinez that I learned just how much hard work it takes to really help people in a meaningful way and how much help the world really needs.

In my free time (which is a lot right now, as I am currently on the job hunt & running UberEats) I am a Dungeon Master (DM) for Dungeons & Dragons games with various local small groups. I am also a fairly accomplished table-top game miniatures artist. Both of these hobbies are helpful in that I know how to craft and tell a story, as well as pay attention to details. I am incredibly detail-oriented, admittedly often getting lost in the details, but this allows me to also find potential flaws to be mitigated. My passion for creativity combined with my legal training makes me an excellent researcher, office administrator, legal clerk, and paralegal.
I am deeply passionate about helping others in my community and am seeking a position that is not just a good fit, but also in-line with giving back. The Bay Area is my home and my unwavering passion lies in making a positive impact within my community, drawing from my background in law school and extensive experience as a paralegal and clerk. Guided by a deep sense of justice and empathy (thanks to comics growing up and my family), I am dedicated to providing support, guidance, and advocacy to individuals who require legal assistance within my community. Through my commitment to helping others navigate the complexities of the legal system, I aspire to contribute to the betterment of our community by ensuring that justice is accessible to all.
